Birth Doula

What is a doula? A person trained to provide advice, information, emotional support, and physical comfort to a mother and partner before, during and just after birth.  What can be more overwhelming than the anticipation of giving birth for the first time or you watching your partner give birth for the first time? So many questions running through your mind like, how do I prepare for something that we have no idea when it's going to happen, how long it will last for, do I have everything, am I going to be able to do this?

YES YOU CAN DO THIS! Birth can be very unpredictable, anything can happen at any given moment. A Birth Doula is where it's at! I can help ease your mind. With having a doula by your side, you wouldn't need to worry about whether you're going to have the support you  need, if your partner will be able to support you through labor, whether it's time to head for the hospital or not. Doulas have both yours and your partner's back! You don't have to do this alone, I am here for you!
